ANZOOWHEELS is a modern factory integrating intelligence, automation, and green environment protection. The factory is located in Fuzhou City, covering an area of about 200 acres, with a plant construction area of 120,000 square meters. It involves 10 high-end, intelligent, and automated forging aluminum alloy wheel production lines. Each production line is equipped with 3 sets of double-station forging machines and 1 set of 4-station spinning machines. We could produce 1.5 million lightweight high-grad forged aluminum alloy wheels per year.

Our forged aluminum alloy wheels are made of military-grade 6-series aluminum, which is forged in 3 stages by 10,000T forging presses and then treated with T6 heat treatment, resulting in high mechanical properties and good strength. Forged aluminum alloy wheels are only 2/3rd of steel wheels weight, providing better heat dissipation, fuel efficiency, and resistance reduction.

We are the world’s first factory to have an intelligent, high-precision, high-efficiency, automated forged aluminum alloy wheel production line. We use our new horizontal double-station 10,000T forging presses, four-station spinning presses, and double-station machining center to produce high-strength, lightweight forged aluminum alloy wheels.

Our automated production line is equipped with 26 imported robots to replace manual labor, ensuring high efficiency and stability. The painting process is carried out using advanced automatic spraying equipment, which accomplishes the processes of automatic powder spraying, automatic paint spraying, and cup spinning. Our plant is committed to high research and development, precision, and quality, ensuring the quality of each product through high intelligence and digitization.

The testing room is equipped with radial fatigue test, impact tester, bending fatigue tester, three-coordinate scale, spectroscopic instrument, tensile tester, phase tester, benchtop hardness tester, salt spray tester, gravel tester, ultrasonic, roughness tester, film thickness tester, and other testing equipment.

In December 2022, our factory passed the IATF16949 certification, the DOT certification for the American market, and obtained the VIA certificate. Meanwhile, the factory's lightweight forged aluminum alloy wheels passed the inspection of the wheel quality supervision of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (a national certified third-party testing organization).

At present, our partners include Beiqi Foton, Chongqing Sailis, Hangzhou Zero Run, Dongfeng Liuqi, and other famous new energy vehicle brands in China. The forging quality has been recognized by American and Japanese OEM customers.
