With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the continuous improvement of automobile production level, people's requirements for driving safety and stability of automobiles are also increasing. This article develops a new type of radial fatigue testing machine for wheels based on the customer's requirements for the testing machine. This testing machine is mainly composed of a main engine, a hydraulic loading system, and an electrical control system, and is a dual station testing machine. The main drive is transmitted by a DC motor through a belt to a drum, which drives the test wheel to rotate. The oil cylinders at both ends drive the wheel to move in a straight line. This article provides a detailed introduction to the research process of various parts of the testing machine. Firstly, the design of the host includes the frame, drive system, loading system, and displacement detection system. Secondly, the design of the hydraulic loading system includes scheme design, parameter design, and drawing of the system working principle diagram. Finally, the design of the electrical control system includes the main circuit auxiliary circuit, electrical cabinet, and software design. After the design was completed, mechanical analysis was conducted on the important components to ensure their safety and stability. After debugging, the testing machine runs well, and the main process parameters meet the design requirements. Multiple technical indicators exceed those of the same type of testing machine

The dynamic bending fatigue test is a simulation of the ability of a vehicle's wheels to withstand bending moments while continuously turning during driving. The test equipment should have a rotating device and a force application device, as shown in Figure 9-26. The reference standard is "QC/T 22l-1997 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Automotive Light Alloy Wheels".
